Red Label – Extra Virgin olive oil made with Correggiola olives cold pressed creating a delicate flavoured extra virgin olive oil with a green herbaceous aroma. The Correggiola olive, originating in Tuscany Italy, is traditionally an olive used for oil production. It is a great oil for introducing other flavours as it is delicate and will not over power.
Yellow Label – Extra Virgin Olive Oil made from Frantoio olives cold pressed to create a delicate oil with a green apple aroma and a gentle taste of pepper. This oil also originated from Tuscany, Italy. The Frantoio olive is from the same family as the Correggiola olive however tends to have a slight pepper in the after taste. Great for cooking and adding to dressings.
Blue Label – Extra Virgin olive oil made from a blend of Manzanillo and Frantoio olives. This oil has a medium strength in taste and has a sweet grassy aroma. The Manzanillo olive is traditionally a Spanish variety known for having a lot of flavour with a slight tartness. The Manzanillo olive is dual purpose in that it can be served as an oil or table olive. Maznanillo oil is great as a dressing drizzled directly on food to enhance the natural flavours.
